Your next 3 steps to a pain free life.

Step 1: Book an Online Consultation

Schedule a 30-min virtual call so we can hear your story, understand what you’ve tried, find out key information and determine if you’re a good fit. (No one can by-pass Step 1, it’s mandatory.)

Step 2: In-Depth Assessment (1 Hour)

If appropriate, we perform a thorough assessment to identify soft-tissue and nerve restrictions contributing to your pain.

Step 3: Targeted Treatment (15 Min)

Hands-on treatment focused on restoring movement, removing adhesion restrictions and reducing nerve irritation — not generic exercises or temporary relief.

Adhesion is abnormal connective tissue — often referred to as “scar tissue” — that forms inside muscles, around nerves, and between tissue layers.

Think of adhesion like glue inside your body.

It sticks tissues together that are meant to slide freely, which can lead to:

  • Restricted movement

  • Chronic pain

  • Tightness

  • Numbness or tingling

  • Weakness

Over time, this “glue-like” effect disrupts normal movement and irritates nearby nerves.

WHAT IS ADHESION?

WHY ADHESION CAUSES CHRONIC PAIN

Adhesion commonly forms after:

  • Injury or trauma

  • Repetitive stress or overuse

  • Surgery

  • Prolonged inflammation

Your body creates this tissue as part of the healing process — but unlike a cast on a broken bone, adhesion is not automatically removed once healing is complete.

When it’s left behind, it continues to restrict movement and irritate nerves, often becoming the hidden root cause of long-standing pain.

This is why many people experience:

  • Temporary relief from chiropractic care, massage, or injections

  • Pain that keeps returning

  • Symptoms that don’t fully show up on imaging

WHY MOST TREATMENTS DON’T FIX IT

Many conventional treatments focus on managing symptoms rather than removing adhesion itself.

Treatments like:

  • Adjustments

  • Exercise-only rehab

  • Injections

  • Pain medications

may reduce discomfort temporarily — but they do not address the physical restriction caused by adhesion.

Until adhesion is properly identified and released, the problem often persists.

WHAT WE TREAT

  • Chronic neck & low back pain

  • Hip pain & nerve-related pain

  • Shoulder, Wrist, arm pain, numbness & tingling

  • Migraines/Headaches/TMJ

  • Sciatic pain & leg/foot symptoms

  • ANY pain or restrictions that hasn’t improved with PT, injections, surgery, chiropractic care or any other modalities.

Our Approach

Most people we work with have been in pain for months or years and have already tried physical therapy, injections, chiropractic care, or surgery without lasting results.

Our approach focuses on identifying and removing soft-tissue and nerve adhesions that restrict movement and irritate nerves — often the missing piece in chronic pain that provides real lasting permanent relief.

How we are different

  • We look for root causes, not symptoms

  • The most in depth exam you will ever go through (Range of motion testing and palpating over 50+ different tissues to find your worst adhesions, putting the puzzle pieces together… most clients say they have never experienced something so in depth)

  • Focus on soft tissue & nerve mobility, not just joints (what most people miss, we find that adhesion is the most common cause of chronic pain in our office yet 9 out of 10 people never have heard of it before)

  • Hands-on, targeted treatment tailored just to you and your case every single visit— not generic exercises or treatment like your usual run of the mill clinic

  • Many patients feel meaningful change quickly

Who this is for / not for (important)

Good fit:

  • Chronic pain lasting 6+ months

  • Tried 3+ Doctors or Therapist without relief

  • Pain that keeps returning

  • Pain that increases with movement (it’s okay if not but this is a good sign for us)

  • People frustrated with temporary relief

  • Ready to invest in changing their life

Not a Good Fit

  • People unwilling to be assessed thoroughly

  • Do not want to invest into their health

  • Will not be consistent and do the work of showing up

Do you accept my insurance?

Because what we do is so specialized and the patients that we accept to treat are unique, we do not accept any insurance. Insurance compensates doctors or therapists based on the average proficiency in any given geographical area. We are excellent at what we do. We also believe that patients are more engaged if they are paying themselves. If seeking out providers based on whether or not they accept your insurance worked, you wouldn’t be here. You know you're getting higher-quality care. No one comes to us because we're the most affordable option. Folks come to us because we work.

FAQ

How many visits will this take?

All cases follow a 20-visit treatment plan, based on the chronic nature of the conditions we treat. You will start feeling some level of permanent relief within the first 1-3 visits. (You can pay visit-by-visit if you have commitment issues, it will just be more expensive then the packaging options.)

How frequent do I need to come?

We like to see patients twice a week. If thats not possible then once a week is okay. The more frequent you can see us the faster you will get better.

Can you permanently fix my years of pain in one treatment? No, I am not Jesus Christ.

Im traveling from out of state how long should I stay?

As long as you can afford to.

If its two days thats okay, if its one month thats great.

We will accommodate you however long you can stay.

Most chronic pain cases take 20 visits to reach maximum relief. That being said if you are only here for a day or two we should get you some level of permanent relief you havn’t experienced before.

Will my results be permanent?

Yes, although the degree of permanence will be dictated by a variety of factors. These factors include how much you’re continually loading the previously adhered tissue, nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene, and compliance with your home exercise program. The same things that cause adhesion build up will cause it to come back.
